Pirate3D reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. Refunds & Returns:
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be rare occasions where a defective product is sent to our customer. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
We only process refunds for returns of defective units after they are shipped. All sales on our web store are final and there will be no refunds during the lead time.
Exceptions to the No Refund policy are made for the following reasons:
- Product was damaged in transit.
- Product did not arrive (in transit, or lost by carrier).
- As otherwise required by law (e.g., in certain jurisdictions, where a 7-day grace period on distance purchases is mandated).
